Cairo | Arrival & Nile Cruise

Arrive at Cairo International Airport and meet your representative after customs for assistance and transfer to your hotel. Complete check-in and settle into your accommodation. In the evening, enjoy a two-hour dinner cruise on the Nile with dinner, belly dancing, folklore entertainment and western music. Experience Cairo from the river before returning to your hotel for an overnight stay. This relaxed first day gives you time to settle in before beginning your sightseeing programme.

Giza | Pyramids & Grand Museum

After breakfast, visit the Great Pyramids of Giza and the Great Sphinx. Head to the highest plateau for a panoramic view across the Pyramids area before enjoying lunch at an Egyptian restaurant. Continue with a visit to an oil and perfume shop, followed by the Grand Egyptian Museum. Explore its extensive collection of ancient Egyptian artefacts and galleries showcasing statues, royal relics and archaeological treasures. Return to your hotel after the day’s sightseeing and spend the evening at leisure.

Alexandria | Greco-Roman Heritage

After breakfast, depart early from Cairo for Alexandria, known as the Bride of the Mediterranean Sea. Travel for approximately two and a half hours before beginning your guided sightseeing. Explore Alexandria’s Greco-Roman heritage with visits to the Catacombs and Roman Theatre. Continue to the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, one of the city’s major cultural landmarks. Enjoy lunch at a fish restaurant overlooking the Mediterranean Sea before returning to Cairo. Spend the evening at your hotel after a full day exploring Alexandria.

Cairo | Old Cairo & Khan El Khalili

After breakfast, explore Old Cairo and its historic religious sites. Visit the Hanging Church and the Crypt associated with the Holy Family’s stay in Egypt before continuing through the historic church area. Stop at a traditional papyrus shop, then enjoy lunch featuring Koshari, a popular Egyptian dish made with rice, pasta, lentils, chickpeas and crispy onions. Later, take a walking tour through Khan El Khalili, Cairo’s historic market, before returning to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Cairo | Airport Departure

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel before completing check-out. Meet your representative for the transfer to Cairo International Airport. Your Cairo and Alexandria journey concludes with the airport transfer and your onward flight.
